Interface to any PMS
SISTELH Hospitality call accounting software provides all call accounting features for Hotel and Motel properties. It interfaces to any Hotel/Motel property management system (PMS).
SISTELH captures SMDR data into the computer, prices the call as instructed by you, reformats the priced call information and exports it to your PMS system automatically to be posted to the guest’s folio.
Rate Engine
Special rating table operation enables calls that have been placed to newly created area and office codes to be billed, even though they have not yet been programmed into the rate tables. This insures call records are priced and stored for guest checkout or sent to the property management system (PMS) and billed to a guest folio. Capturing and storing all call records allows management to oversee both guest and employee phone usage and full trunk usage, thus allowing the best management of long distance carriers, the number of trunks needed and reconciliation of phone bills.
Guest Billing
It can even generate a guest bill if the property management (PMS) system is down for an extended period of time.
SISTELH allows smaller hotels and motels the option of producing telephone invoices without interfacing to a guest tracking system. Simply enter the room number and a list of telephone charges is produced.
Check in & check out
• It can assign a list of telephone numbers guest rooms whom they checked in, SISTELH will automatically unlocked these extension phone numbers to permit
• Guests making telephone calls during hosting.
• It can assign a list of telephone numbers guest rooms whom they checked out , SISTELH will automatically locked these extension phone numbers to prevent anyone making telephone calls from these extension phone numbers while it is not occupied.
• SISTELH automatically generates a telephone calls invoice during the hosting period after check out.
Wake up call
It can assign a list of telephone numbers guest rooms whom they need a wake up call at a specific time and he can assign this wake up call to be daily or once.
• SISTELH will make a wake up call to the guest at this specific time.
• Warning message will be displayed if the guest doesn't response to the wake up call.
• It can generate a wake up call report, this report include the daily wake up call activities.
